Are you interested in finding the right fundraiser for your group or organization? Look no further! 

Nothing sells better than candles, soy candles that is!! All natural, cleaner, cooler, longer burning wax, skin safe as well! Works as a great skin moisturizer as well as massaging lotion.

Our fundraiser is very simple to do:
  1. Choose the cause of your fundraiser.
  2. Choose start and end dates of the fundraiser (generally fundraisers run 2-4 weeks at a time).
  3. Choose your goal amount to raise for your cause.
  4. Spread the word of your fundraiser and cause.
What Candle Buddies will supply for your fundraiser:
  1. Fundraiser brochure, order forms & master order form.
  2. Fundraiser web-page order form (for NC Residents & Nationwide family or friends to place & pay for orders for your fundraiser).
  3. Customer Support.
  4. Delivery to any local location of complete fundraiser order & payment (payment must be received before order(s) can be processed & delivered).
  • All order forms must be sent in to Candle Buddies with the master order form. The master order form is a tally sheet of what has been sold. The master order form is a tally of what has been sold. Once you fill it out it will tell you the total items sold for each item on the fundraiser order form. Once you add up the columns you can figure out what your group or organization has earned by using the percentages we have given to you located on the master order form & what needs to be turned in to Candle Buddies to begin processing total order (funds due to Candle Buddies should be turned in within 1-3 days after order forms & master order form has been received by Candle Buddies & checked over for matching totals). If any discrepancy on totals you will be notified immediately.
  • Candle Buddies wants your group or organization to be a very successful and fun event for your cause.
  • Types of payment we accept for the fundraiser:  Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, Certified Bank Check, Money Orders or Cash. 
  • When payment is received you will receive a paid receipt by Candle Buddies for your fundraiser, a copy or each order form & a copy of the master order form.
Allow 2-3 weeks for fundraiser orders to be filled and delivered to your location of choice here in Denver, NC. or you can schedule a pick-up date and time here at our store location at:  2171 Hwy. 16 North, Denver, NC  28037 (across the road from The Westport Food Lion & CVS Store). Notify us via: email, telephone or in person.
