Ordering Information

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE: To place an order online, simply shop on any of our product pages and if you see something you are interested in and would like to purchase click on the fragrance desired and then click on "Add To My Bag" button under the item. It will take you directly to your shopping cart for you to view. To shop more, simply click on the "Continue Shopping" link or click on your back arrow on your browser bar up top. 

When you are finished and you want to add quantities of an item highlight the current quantity and click delete then type in the new quantity and click on "Re-Calculate" button below for new total. If you have any special instructions or notes you can type them in the comment box and checkout.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED:  Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Checks, Paypal (online) and cash in our retail store.

LOCAL DELIVERIES: We do make local deliveries if it's within a 10 mile radius of our shop. If you are not a local customer we do ship nationwide using USPS Priority.  This way will save you some money on shipping.

SHIPPING:  Each order is packaged very well for shipping. NOTE: Keep in mind during summer months June, July & August when the weather is very warm out we like to ship during the week so the package does not sit in a hot delivery vehicle over a weekend or holiday. USPS Priority takes 2-3 business days. You can calculate any type of deliveries if you visit the USPS web-site: www.usps.com

*We may ship using UPS on occasion upon request of the customer.

*NOTE: The shipping fees posted on your checkout invoice are an estimate and we may have to readjust the shipping fee on the final invoice with the new updated amount.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: If you notice any damage to your order you are responsible to contact the carrier (your local USPS) and file a claim for them to reimburse you for damages. They will ask to see the delivered package and the damaged items so please save the entire shipment. Candle Buddies is not responsible for damaged products during shipping. Our liability ceases when the order ships. If you notice any defects that is not related to shipping damages or if you received a wrong item or didn't receive an item you must contact us via telephone or e-mail in order to receive any type of store credit as we do not give refunds we issue store credit to use on our web-site or in our local shoppe. You will get a voucher number when you return the damaged product. Return shipping is customer's responsibility. Any new shipping on store credits and or new orders a shipping fee will be added to the total unless other arrangement has been made with approval by Candle Buddies.

ON SALE ITEMS:  All sales are final on close-outs and on sale items.

COUPONS:  Coupons are for use on regularly priced items not "on sale" items.

BAD CHECKS:  There is a $25 return check fee on all returned checks.
